Job Description : Must Have :

• Excellent support experience for applications using Java8 / SpringBoot / Microservices / RestfulWebservices / FrontEnd expericence / unix / Database basic commands / Jenkins / Azure / OCP
• Coordinate business & Developers to provide production support, including off-hours
• Should have experience of leading application support team (minimum 10 member) of Java, including mentoring, Identify opportunities and lead effort to reduce support footprint and improve system quality and availability
• Address and troubleshoot technical issues related to Java applications, frameworks, and environments.
• Experience in bringing in innovation and automation.
• Provide support to clients or internal users, helping them resolve problems and ensuring their systems run smoothly.
• Should be willing work to in shifts, including night shift - (24x7) project.
• Should be well versed with Major Incident, Problem management and Change management processes.
• Should be working from office.
