Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the execution of high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, designers, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the Site.
• Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and project manager.
• To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others.
• Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance.
• Set project goals and oversee projects to completion.
• Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries.
• Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end luxury Villas / Residential Projects.
• Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
• Experience of Auto-CAD and MS Office is must.
• Co-ordination with Client / Designers from concept to final stage.
