Role : Systems Support Engineer (Windows & Cloud)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Salary : ₹7 - 18 LPA

Work Mode : Hybrid (Office & Remote)

What you’ll do :

• Manage Windows Clusters, File Servers, DFS, and monitor OS performance including VMware virtualization environment upgrades
• Proactively monitor system performance, capacity planning, and troubleshoot incidents remotely using tools like ILO, IDRAC, and KVM
• Administer Windows Servers (2012 to 2022) and manage server hardware (Blades, Chassis, Rack servers) with expertise in patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS hardening
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation and deployment strategies
• Support hybrid cloud environments—Private, Public, and Multi-cloud—using Azure and AWS, including VM and Web App configurations via Azure Portal & PowerShell
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis and work closely with security and application teams for patch and configuration management
