Role : Systems Support Engineer (Windows & Cloud)

What you’ll do :
- Manage Windows Clusters, File Servers, DFS, and monitor OS performance including VMware virtualization environment upgrades
- Proactively monitor system performance, capacity planning, and troubleshoot incidents remotely using tools like ILO, IDRAC, and KVM
- Administer Windows Servers (2012 to 2022) and manage server hardware (Blades, Chassis, Rack servers) with expertise in patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS hardening
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation and deployment strategies
- Support hybrid cloud environments—Private, Public, and Multi-cloud—using Azure and AWS, including VM and Web App configurations via Azure Portal & PowerShell
- Perform advanced root-cause analysis and work closely with security and application teams for patch and configuration management
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field5-15 years of experience as a Wintel and Cloud AdministratorCertifications : AZ-104, AZ-900, MCSD, MCSE, MCSA in Windows Server & Office 365, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL FoundationStrong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, hybrid cloud migrations, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (Azure & AWS)Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN / WAN, DHCP, DNS, firewalls) and experience in 24x7 managed services or NOC environmentFamiliarity with MSSQL, SAN management, PowerShell scripting, and cloud security best practicesExcellent communication skills in English to engage with US clients and global teamsWhy join us?
