Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor located in Gandhinagar. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining various types of visas by advising them on the necessary requirements and procedures. Daily tasks would involve consulting with clients, reviewing their documentation, assisting with the completion of forms, and staying current on immigration laws and regulations. The role also includes providing support to clients during interviews and supporting with any follow-up requests from visa authorities.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in visa regulations, immigration processes, and requirements
• Experience in client consultation, advising, and documentation review
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software / tools
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
