Description and Requirements

• Agile Adoption and Improvement : Coach teams on Agile principles, values, and practices, and help them to adopt and improve their Agile processes.
• Team Facilitation : Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Coaching and Mentoring : Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to help them develop their Agile skills and knowledge.
• Change Management : Help teams navigate organizational change and ensure that Agile principles and practices are aligned with business objectives.
• Metrics and Reporting : Develop and track metrics to measure team performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
