You will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their trading inquiries and ensuring a smooth trading experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide timely and professional support to clients regarding trading inquiries and account management.
• Ensures trader’s satisfaction by resolving problems efficiently and maintaining positive relationships.
• Document and track client interactions in our support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with trading and technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on market trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all customer interactions.
