Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Manager role located in Rajkot. The Academic Manager will oversee the delivery of educational programs, collaborate with educators to develop and implement the curriculum, and ensure quality standards are maintained across all learning initiatives. In this role, the individual will analyze performance metrics, ensure adherence to educational guidelines, and provide support to staff in the ongoing improvement of teaching methods and practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Management and a strong background in Education, preferably with experience in early childhood education
• Expertise in Curriculum Development and the ability to design and implement effective academic programs
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and stakeholders effectively
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and performance evaluation
• Ability to operate effectively in an on-site education setting and to foster a supportive learning environment
• A degree in Education or a related field is essential; an advanced qualification is an advantage
• Experience in managing preschool or early education operations would be highly beneficial
