Job Description
- Sourcing potential new customers and business contacts.
- Maintaining regular / strong contact with existing customers.
- Travelling to the customer's location for technical discussions.
- Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of the equipment to the customers.
- Assisting in composing tender documents and customer proposals.
- Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
- Building a strong dealer network.
- Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
- Attending product training courses and seminars, and participating in exhibitions.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Technical Sales Executive Requirements :
- Previous experience as a sales executive in the sales and marketing of laboratory equipment for the
- oil sector and related research labs.
Education / Experience
Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment for quality control & research is mandatory.Excellent interpersonal skills.Professional and friendly demeanour.Strong communication skills.Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.Ability to meet sales targets.Willingness to undertake travels in the allotted regionRequired Skills / Experience :
Previous experience in the sales and marketing of Laboratory equipments for the Oil sector and related research labsDegree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics will be preferred but not mandatoryThe job involves extensive travelling in the allotted area.Take a proactive approach to work without close supervision
