Salary : 8LPA- 10LPA plus variable

Shift Details : Mon-Fri | Hybrid | 10 : 30AM- 7 : 30PM

Seeking a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in Content Writing, preferably in the EdTech or Study Abroad industry.

Roles & Responsibilities :

The incumbent will be responsible to manage a small team of SEO Content Writers ensuring there is steady traffic growth month on month. The candidate has to ensure, monthly targets (in terms of the number of pages published) are met with good quality content that adds value to the user. The candidate will be accountable for all the below responsibilities :

• The candidate has to review all the pending content wireframes on a daily basis and accordingly provide feedback to the writers
• The candidate has to review all the pending Content Docs on a daily basis and accordingly provide feedback to the writers
• Identify improvement areas for each writer in terms of both productivity and quality
• Ensure weekly / monthly targets are achieved for the team
• Ensure monthly traffic goals are achieved for the team

Eligibility :

1. Candidate should have at least 3+ Years of experience in StudyAbroad in any profile

2. Candidate must have excellent communication skills in English

3. Candidate with prior exposure to content writing or SEO will be preferred
