Key Responsibilities :
User Retention & Success : Design and execute advanced lifecycle campaigns for early-stage B2C companies
Customer Journey Optimization : Map out and optimize customer journey stages using data to increase lifetime value
Platform Management : Use platforms like MoEngage, OneSignal, Braze, and Customer.io for personalized interactions
Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize customer data to inform campaign decisions and assess performance
Client Success : Maintain high client satisfaction with goal of consistently achieving NPS of 4+
Required Qualifications :
Data-driven individual with keen interest in Growth Marketing (Experience - 2-3 years)
Proven success executing retention campaigns and using marketing automation tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
