Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to oversee and lead the human resources function at our Kochi head office and retail stores. The ideal candidate should
have a strong background in retail HR operations, store management, and talent
development, with the ability to drive people strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage workforce planning and ensure smooth staffing operations across all store departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives across teams.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with store management to align HR practices with operational goals.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Promote a positive work culture that supports collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (HR-related specialization preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the retail or store management sector.Strong understanding of retail operations and workforce management.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and handle end-to-end HR processes.Key Skills :
