HR Head

Budget : ₹10–12 LPA

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to oversee and lead the human resources function at our Kochi head office and retail stores. The ideal candidate should

have a strong background in retail HR operations, store management, and talent

development, with the ability to drive people strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Manage workforce planning and ensure smooth staffing operations across all store departments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives across teams.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with store management to align HR practices with operational goals.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Promote a positive work culture that supports collaboration, integrity, and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (HR-related specialization preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the retail or store management sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and workforce management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location teams and handle end-to-end HR processes.
