Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Assistant Leasing Manager. In this role, the individual will manage daily leasing activities, administer lease agreements, and perform market research to identify competitive leasing strategies. Other responsibilities include ensuring property management standards, addressing resident concerns, and driving initiatives for retention and satisfaction.

• Understanding of Leases and Lease Administration
• Experience in Market Research for competitive analysis
• Knowledge of Property Management practices and compliance
• Skills in Resident Retention strategies and customer engagement
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
