Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced MicroStrategy Developer with 10 to 15 years of hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of high-performance MicroStrategy reports and dashboards. This role requires a professional with deep knowledge of MicroStrategy architecture, strong SQL skills, and experience with both on-premises and cloud-based data sources.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain a wide range of MicroStrategy reports and dashboards, ensuring a focus on performance, usability, and data accuracy.
Conduct in-depth data analysis and write complex, optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and business intelligence reporting.
Work seamlessly with a variety of data sources, including on-premises and cloud-based databases, with a focus on AWS integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable BI solutions.
Provide technical leadership and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex performance issues related to MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10-15 years of experience as a Business Intelligence or MicroStrategy developer.

Strong expertise in MicroStrategy architecture, schema objects, report services documents, and visualizations.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques, including star schema design.

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills for MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
