We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who understands the urgency, pace, and compliance needs of US healthcare staffing.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied, Physicians, etc.)Source, screen, and build relationships with active and passive healthcare candidates.Collaborate closely with our delivery and compliance teams to ensure quality submissions.Use job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.Coordinate interviews and support onboarding of selected candidates.Maintain detailed records and status updates in the ATS.What You'll Get

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in US healthcare recruitment (preferably in a staffing agency setting).An active candidate pool and experience in closing candidates + achieving targets.Familiarity with VMS portals and MSP delivery models is a strong plus.Skilled in using platforms like Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, or JobDiva / Bullhorn.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).Ability to work US hours and manage fast turnaround requirements.Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for multiple states with differing compliance needsExisting candidate network or referral baseTrack record of successful placements in travel nursing or per diem rolesApply Now
