Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SDL (US Telecom) at iEnergizer, based in Noida, Delhi NCR, India. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure optimization of processes, manage team performance, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional operational outcomes for a US Telecom vertical. Key responsibilities include managing resources, meeting business KPIs, preparing operational strategies, coaching team leaders, and identifying opportunities to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
