Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support when needed. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.
