SUMMARY
The Training Specialist II will mainly function as a resource for the following core tasks of the Learning & Development team :
- Global Leadership Development & Training
- Global Employee Skill and Competency Enhancement Training
- Curriculum Development
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
Facilitate energetic, professional classroom instructions for all types of global employee training and programs.Lead in developing dynamic lesson plans, lectures, training courses, practical exercises and appropriate testing modules.Act as a subject matter expert for other Training Specialists, answering questions, onboarding new Training Specialists, and providing direction and leadershipReview various functions of Learning and Development services for different professional development training programs, new hire orientation and online learningConduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressedGather feedback from facilitators, trainees, and stakeholders after each educational sessionResearch and recommend new training methodsReview and update curriculum databases, reports, & training recordsWork with global and local stakeholders as well as customers in developing and implementing training programs.Update all educational materials on a recurring and systematic basisPerform additional duties / responsibilities as assigned by the Team Manager.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
Energetic and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.5 years experience in Leadership Development5 years experience in training delivery3 years work experience as a Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar roleExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience in facilitating and designing grammar & accent programs preferred.Experience in instructional design preferred.Graduate of any education, training, HR, business courses or related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasksExperience in full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a variety of client needs or requirementsExcellent attention to detailWorking knowledge of database applications such as MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPointExperience in a BPO / Shared Services is requiredKnowledge of RealPage products or multifamily industry is a plus but not requiredFlexibility to work extended hours and shifting hours, as neededSkills Required
