Description

We are seeking an experienced AR Caller for Physician and Hospital Billing to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, communicating with insurance companies and patients, and resolving billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for physician and hospital billing.
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding outstanding balances.
• Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and claim denials.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken on accounts.
• Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
