Job description

Skills required :

  • Fluent in French and English reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunication industry, specifically towards fiber planning and design.

About the Role :

  • Translation of technical documents and input Emails & queries from the Team
  • Managing technical communication with Customer in  French.
  • Sending mails after crosschecking with the production team.
  • Sharing workload within the on / offshore coordination teams and taking over responsibility with experience.

    • You'll Need :

  • French B1, B2  OR C1 from Max Muller Bhavan / Goethe Zentrum or equivalent fluency / experience.
  • English C1 or equivalent fluency / experience.
  • Have 2+ years of work experience in customer communication

    • (speaking / writing), technical documentation / emails in English /  French

  • Basic + knowledge in telecom domain, specifically plan and design of fixed line will be an added advantage.

    • Self-learner and ability to work with a global team.
