We’re Astroverse Media , an AI-powered marketing agency working with some of the most advanced dental and aesthetic clinics in India .

We’re looking for a Remote Appointment Setter who can confidently speak with warm leads (potential patients) and help them book appointments at our partner clinics.

🧠 About the Role

This is a remote, full-time opportunity where you’ll work from home and handle inbound and follow-up calls with interested leads.

You won’t have to deal with cold calls, our AI system does the first contact , so you’ll only speak with people who’ve already shown genuine interest in treatments.

Your job is simple :

• Follow up with warm leads
• Understand their treatment interest (dental or aesthetic)
• Book confirmed appointments at the clinic
• Maintain notes and updates in our CRM system
