Job Description :

We are looking for highly skilled Lead Engineers with a strong foundation in Core Java , Spring Boot , and React to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming, collections, and multithreading in Java, along with hands-on experience in developing scalable backend systems and modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and React.

Lead the development team in delivering high-quality code and mentor junior team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.

Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability.

Required Skills :

Strong expertise in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading).

Experience with Spring Boot and related frameworks.

Front-end development using React.js .

Solid understanding of software design principles and architecture patterns.

Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments.
