Hiring for our esteemed HVAC client which is providing optimal solutions, design, quality products, timely deliveries and satisfactory after-market services at a competitive pricing, making it the preferred make for AHUs & FCUs to all major pharmaceutical plants, pharma research centers, R&D labs and comfort air-conditioning for Malls, Offices, IT Parks, Hotels and other Industrial applications in India as well as abroad
Key Responsibilities :
- Support recruitment and onboarding process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in preparing HR letters — offer, appointment, confirmation, and exit letters.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s degreeAbility to assist in employee Training and development initiativesStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidential information1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitmentNote :
This is a third party payroll position5 days a week working companyThe position will be at the HO(Head office of the company)
