Position : Google Digital Strategist / / Media Buyer (Unlimited earning potential)

Salary : $6,000–$10,000 / month base + uncapped bonus (unlimited earning potential) - OTE $20k+ / mo

Location : Remote

Schedule : Flexible, but must be available for sync meetings during PST working hours, performance-driven

About the Role

As our Google Digital Strategist / Media Buyer, you’ll :

Operate and scale Google Ads accounts spending $80k+ / month

Develop and implement strategies that scale profitable growth for telehealth brands

Use AI to power smarter optimization, targeting and reporting

Own and collaborate through bottlenecks, campaign compliance, attribution setups, etc.

Collaborate with our team on funnels, positioning, and creative strategy

Test, refine, and scale obsessively—because we care about performance

Our Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years of hands-on, proven experience with Google Ads buying

Direct experience with $50k+ / month ad spend budgets

Bonus : Facebook Ads experience to bring for a solid cross-channel strategy

Someone who can keep up with and thrive in an agency-style environment

A strategist with a performance-first mentality, quick decision-making skills, and a drive to win
