Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager who will own the entire 360° digital marketing ecosystem — including branding, performance marketing, app downloads, subscription sales, affiliate growth, lead generation, and monthly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile app marketing (Android & iOS), ASO, SaaS / freemium models, and affiliate marketing , with a proven track record of scaling digital businesses, driving ROI, and achieving monthly growth objectives.

Note : Once selected, candidates will be required to complete a short performance-based task and undergo a 1-week probation period before receiving the final offer letter.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Strategic & Growth Leadership

  • Define, execute, and optimize data-driven 360° marketing strategies aligned with business goals and monthly targets.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion to retention.
  • Drive app downloads, subscriptions, ROI, and revenue growth through measurable performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Design, Tech, and Leadership teams for seamless execution.

📱 Mobile App Marketing & ASO

  • Plan and execute campaigns for Android and iOS installs through paid, organic, and influencer-led channels.
  • Own full App Store Optimization (ASO) — including keyword research, creative optimization, reviews, and A / B testing.
  • Hands-on with tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, MobileAction, Mixpanel, and App Radar.
  • 📈 Performance & Paid Marketing

  • Manage Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, , Snapchat, X (Twitter), and Programmatic campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize remarketing, lookalike, and custom audience funnels using AI-driven automation.
  • Drive performance campaigns for Premium and Professional Plan conversions with affiliate and influencer integrations.
  • Use advanced tools like Revealbot, AdCreative.ai, Funnel.io, Smartly.io for automated optimization.
  • 💸 Affiliate & Partner-Led Growth

  • Build and scale affiliate partnerships with creators, influencer agencies, and affiliate marketplaces.
  • Manage commission-based growth models using UTMs, tracking dashboards, and third-party tools.
  • Optimize and scale affiliate programs to increase conversions and reach.
  • 📰 Content, Blog & SEO Monetization

  • Grow HitFame’s News & Blog ecosystem as a traffic and monetization engine via SEO content, affiliate links, and sponsored collaborations.
  • Create SEO-driven content strategies with writers and AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO.
  • Implement on-page / off-page SEO and track keyword performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
  • 📣 Social Media & Community Growth

  • Build and scale HitFame’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, , X, and Snapchat.
  • Plan creative campaigns, reels, and influencer collaborations to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Manage content calendars using Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva.
  • 💼 Lead Generation & CRM

  • Run B2B & B2C lead generation campaigns for artist bookings, premium plans, and casting leads.
  • Build email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification workflows via HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, MoEngage, Mailchimp.
  • Drive customer retention through personalized CRM automation and funnel optimization.
  • 🔍 SEO / SEM & Web Optimization

  • Execute PPC and SEM strategies with precise A / B testing and performance tracking.
  • Improve web presence through technical SEO, structured data, and site performance optimization.
  • 📊 Analytics, Automation & Reporting

  • Measure CAC, ROAS, MRR, DAU / MAU, conversion rates using GA4, Appsflyer, Hotjar, Power BI, Supermetrics.
  • Automate data pipelines using Zapier, Meta API, and Google integrations.
  • Present actionable insights and weekly growth reports to leadership.
  • 🌐 Marketplace & Subscription Campaigns

  • Lead digital campaigns for subscription and in-app monetization of HitFame Premium & Professional Plans.
  • Implement retargeting, upgrades, and gamified user journeys to maximize conversion and retention.
  • 🛡️ Reputation & Community Loyalty

  • Manage ORM through social listening, Google Alerts, and review management.
  • Build positive brand sentiment via creator engagement, digital PR, and referral engines.
  • Launch loyalty and ambassador programs for top users and creators.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–15 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance roles within mobile apps, entertainment-tech, D2C, or SaaS / freemium platforms.
  • Proven success in app growth, user acquisition, ASO, affiliate marketing, and revenue scaling.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, CRM, SEO / SEM, influencer & affiliate programs.
  • Strong analytical and ROI-driven mindset with proficiency in Firebase, Appsflyer, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM & automation tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams , manage budgets , and achieve aggressive growth and revenue targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to think, act, and execute like a growth hacker with ownership.
