Job Summar

y : Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive end-to-end automation initiatives using

Tosca.

Design and develop robust test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand functional and technical requirements.

Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure quality and productivity.

Execute, monitor, and maintain automated test scripts for high-quality delivery.

Optimize Tosca automation frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices.

Identify test coverage gaps and implement improvements.

Report test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and support timely resolutions.

Integrate automated tests within DevOps pipelines for CI / CD environments.

Perform defect tracking, logging, reporting, and follow-ups to closure.

Qualifications

8+ years of total experience in Test Automation.

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with

Tosca Test Suite .

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and CI / CD integration.

Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide test teams.

Solid understanding of

SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in

Agile / Scrum

environments.

Exposure to other testing tools or automation frameworks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction.
