Role Overview
- Were looking for a high agency, data driven Senior Performance Marketing Leader to own and scale our digital acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities
Strategize, plan, and execute ROI-positive campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.Own performance metrics CAC, ROAS, LTV, cost-per-lead etc.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver high-converting creatives and landing pages.Run A / B tests, experiment with ad formats, audiences, and funnels.Drive automation and scale using tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixel integrations, Looker Studio, etc.Manage agency partners or freelancers if needed.Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance with full funnel visibility.Ideal Candidate Profile
6 to 10 years of performance marketing experience, ideally with a mix of startup and / or high-growth consumer brand exposure.Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong CAC control.High ownership mindset and ability to work independently.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading teams and the enthusiasm to build and scale a new team from the ground up.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable in Excel, Google Analytics, and addashboards.
Experience with tools like Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, GA4, or MMPs for attribution.Why This Role Matters
