Job Overview :

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Placement Specialist to manage bench resources and secure project placements for our IT consultants. This role requires matching skilled professionals with the right opportunities while also sourcing external talent when project demands arise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and understand consultant profiles in depth, assessing both technical and functional skill sets
• Customize and optimize resumes to align with specific client requirements and project needs
• Proactively identify suitable project opportunities and submit candidates through various job portals and platforms
• Manage relationships with vendors and clients to create a pipeline of relevant opportunities
• Source, screen, and onboard external candidates when internal bench resources don't match project requirements
• Maintain regular communication with bench consultants to keep them engaged and placement-ready
• Track submissions, interviews, and placement metrics to ensure optimal resource utilization
