Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor to engage with parents and students, explain our programs, and help them choose the right courses . Counseling will be conducted both in-person at the centre and via phone / video calls , depending on the lead’s location and convenience. This is a sales-focused role where building trust and strong relationships is key.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with parents and students, in-person or telephonically .
• Address queries, provide guidance, and convert leads into enrollments .
• Build rapport with families and maintain long-term relationships to foster trust and referrals.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Support community-building initiatives and awareness programs to strengthen parent engagement.
