Job description :
Validating new hires and employee data changes before every payroll. Validating employee timesheets / hours to adhere the guidelines. Managing end-to-end payroll processing across multiple Asian-Pacific countries, ensuring timely and accurate payments, compliance with local statutory and tax regulations, and efficient vendor management. Pre and post payroll report audits for each payroll. Regular examinations for precarious payroll data. Ensuring payroll to be processed in a timely, accurate and confidential manner. Continuous monitoring in generic mailbox and tickets to resolve payroll queries & issues.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in
APAC payroll
Knowledge about
Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia
payroll.
Capable to learn the process quickly
Ability to read and interpret payroll reports
Capable to prioritize tasks and issues
Ability to resolve issues through root cause analysis
Good knowledge in Excel
Good communication and analytical skills
Willing to work in night shift
Preferable with US payroll knowledge (but not mandate)
