Responsibilities

• Data entry in std input sheets in Excel files, -

• Data from different file formats, PDF, PPT, Excel, will have to be converted & punched into std excel data tables

• Preparation of std report based on data tables

• Develop std formats for data entry, reports & statistical analysis

• Coordinate & collaborate with team for updating of Technical data sheets

• Understanding different charts, graphical presentation in excel/ Power point presentation

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate -Engineer/ Btech in Mech

• Good years of experiance in Data Punching & report Processing

• Knowledge of handling Bill of Material

• Knowledge of Basic commodity process

• Understanding of Data entry skills in excel, & different data file formats

• Excel formulas & understanding is must, Analytical & statistical analysis knowledge will be additional advantage

• Basic understanding of Query generation technics in Data file formats for report generation

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines

• Certified courses in Excel, Power BI, Pivot tables, statistical analysis will be added advantage

• Good written and verbal English communication skills
