About the Internship

CropXplore® is a hyperlocal Agritech Platform-as-a-Service company working closely with farmers, field teams, and government programs. The HR & Finance Intern will support day-to-day people operations, payroll coordination, basic finance processes, and compliance, while interacting with field staff and local stakeholders in Kannada.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to startup HR operations and finance fundamentals in a fast-growing agritech company.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of field staff, pilots, and interns
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
• Support offer letters, internship letters, and HR communications
• Coordinate with field teams and staff in Kannada
• Help manage employee queries related to HR policies and benefits

Finance & Accounts

• Assist in expense tracking, invoice processing, and bill verification
• Support payroll coordination and stipend disbursements
• Help maintain basic accounting records and MIS reports
• Coordinate with vendors and field teams for payment follow-ups
• Assist in GST, statutory documentation, and compliance support

Administration & Coordination

• Support office administration and vendor coordination
• Maintain records for assets, inventory, and field equipment
• Assist founders and operations team with reports and documentation

Eligibility & Requirements

• Students or recent graduates in B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA, or related fields
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory (spoken)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in HR operations and finance
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a startup environment and handle multiple tasks
