Requirements
7+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM (Human Capital) version modules :
7+ years experience with PeopleSoft Development tools (PeopleTools) version
5+ years experience creating querys, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and SQR.
Ability to perform complex SQL queries and use database tools to examine table structures, indexes and other database objects.
Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL
Good communication and presentation skills. Able to work and thrive in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience (4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelors Degree)
Must have experience in production support.
Experience in design, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and support to the user for the enabling PeopleSoft HCM applications and related technology.
Familiar with the native integration in PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
Provides technical production support for PeopleSoft HR systems, infrastructure components and integrations with other systems.
Work closely with current support and business teams to troubleshoot issues that arise on test systems
Troubleshoot software and configuration errors on PS and platform upgrades and integrations
Develop and provide monitoring documentation (Runbooks, Knowledge Articles, SOP) and scripts
Strong troubleshooting skills, problem solving and root cause analysis
Requirements gathering, analysis, management and implementation.
Create functional and technical design documents
Provide high level approach on code designs.
