• This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Of Finance located in Bhopal.
• The Head Of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Day-to-day tasks include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing strategies to optimize financial performance, and advising senior management on financial matters.
• The role also involves managing relationships with external partners such as auditors and Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with financial regulations and risk management.
• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company.
