Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge AI systems that power intelligent, scalable, and agent-driven workflows. This role blends the frontier of generative AI research with robust engineering, requiring expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs) and latest trends going on in the industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build production-ready AI solutions that address real-world business challenges while keeping our platforms at the forefront of AI innovation.
Key Tasks and Accountability :
- Strong Foundations on the conceptual & implementation aspects of machine & deep learning models and agents.
- Experience on using the LLMs, Hugging Face, LangChain, API Design, RAG, Vector Databases, OpenAI APIs, Gemini APIs.
- Design, implement, and fine-tune ML / DL models, with a focus on LLMs and generative AI systems.
- Apply advanced techniques (e.g., RAG, optimization algorithms, transformer architectures) to improve model performance.
- Stay updated on emerging research in NLP, ML, and AI, integrating best practices into production workflows.
- Work with large, text-heavy datasets using preprocessing, feature engineering, and embedding strategies.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and ML and other deep Learning Models to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technology.
- Experience with time series models (ARIMA, SARIMA, LSTM, Transformer models, etc.)
- Programming Language Experience in Python.
- Work closely with domain experts to understand the latest research findings and incorporate them into Agents.
- Collaborate with software developers to create user-friendly interfaces and tools that can be used to visualize and analyze as per the business requirements.
Key Requirements :
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.1–2 years of hands-on experience in ML, LLMs, or Generative AI development and Multi Agent systems.Strong background in AI / ML with production-grade deployments.Soft Skills
