JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet consumer needs and maximize profits. building awareness about how our products / services can satisfy the needs of target customers. Productively managing all channels. This position is also accountable for the channel mix strategy to drive incremental room nights to properties. Responsible for planning and executing all throughout the lifecycle of the business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Identify and define the target to be achieved and manage its delivery
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market and comp set analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies
- Stay on top of market trends to determine the right product at the right time and take responsibility for devising and executing the winning plan without any excuses
- Anticipate and identify product flaws and build real solutions
- Development of market-specific strategy to increase OTA sales and revenue for Manor, Hideaway,and Villa Samyara.
- Creating Manor / Cottage / Villa listings on all OTAs
- Mapping of rates and inventory through the channel manager
- Ensuring good visibility and ranking on all OTAs.
- Managing and monetizing all listings
- 30% of sales are to be generated from OTAs
- Managing all OTA Channels productively
- Responding to online reviews on OTA platforms
- Handling cancellations / reschedules / relocation / overlooking, etc, for OTA bookings
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about programs, strategies, and budgets
