JOB DESCRIPTION : Content Farm Manager (CFM)
Role : Full-Time
Experience : 3–7 years in social media management
Reports to : Digital Head
Location- Noida
Salary Package - 45k-75k
About the Role
Content farming ecosystem across 100+ social media pages (Instagram + YouTube Shorts). We need a skilled Content Farm Manager to lead, plan, manage, and optimize the entire operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of editors, designers, and posting executives
- Plan daily & weekly short-form content schedules
- Approve edited reels / shorts before publishing
- Monitor analytics for 100+ pages and optimize performance
- Identify viral trends & guide team accordingly
- Create SOPs for content, posting, and consistency
- Ensure brand guidelines and content safety policies
- Review page performance, identify weak pages, and revive them
- Own daily / weekly reporting to leadership
- Coordinate closely with the main-channel team
