Your Role in Our Story

Every growing company needs a navigator — someone who can look at data, see patterns others miss, and turn those into actions that drive real impact. That's where you come in.

As our Growth Program Manager , your role is to be both the analyst and the strategist, the operator and the project driver. You'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and where we go next .

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Analytics

  • Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Build dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
  • Proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.

2. Strategy and Execution

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.
  • Build  mini-strategies for growth experiments  (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
  • Prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • 3. Sales Enablement & Operations

  • Own  CRM automations  (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
  • Manage  sales reporting & dashboards , ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.
  • Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • 4. Project & Program Management

  • Act as the  program manager  for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects (from ideation to results tracking).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.
