Your Role in Our Story

As our Growth Program Manager , your role is to be both the analyst and the strategist, the operator and the project driver. You'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and where we go next .
Key Responsibilities
1. Data & Analytics
- Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Build dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools to track website-to-sales conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
- Partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution.
- Proactively surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
2. Strategy and Execution
Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces.Build mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).Prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.3. Sales Enablement & Operations
Own CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).Manage sales reporting & dashboards , ensuring visibility into KPIs across teams.Support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.Identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.4. Project & Program Management
Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.Create project plans, set timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.Ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects (from ideation to results tracking).Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.Location : Indiranagar, Bengaluru, IN
