Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Weeding Decor Sales position. The Weeding Decor Sales team member will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding their decor needs, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, showcasing wedding decor options, training junior sales staff, and overseeing the execution of sales strategies. Ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets will be key aspects of the role.

• Strong Communication and Client Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training junior staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality or event industry is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
