Shining 3D Dental has immediate openings on our support team. Shining 3D Technology sells a complete suite of dental digital workflow products. The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Support team member, you will provide technical support and deliver training to our dealer’s network in your area, attending dental tradeshows and educational events.

Provide customer-facing sales support to resellers and end users.
Create internal and external technical user guides.
Provide technical training to resellers and end users.
Repair scanners and printers as needed.
Showing empathy towards customer complaints and sensitive situations.
Communicate customer / reseller requests and complaints to R&D.
Evaluating new products and testing new software / features.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to assist customers / resellers on site and to travel to exhibitions.
SKILLS WE ARE SEEKING :
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or dental-related field is highly preferred.
Dental lab technician, dental assistant, or dental hygienist experience.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
CAD / CAM experience.
Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Basic IT skills, file systems, software navigation
Ability to lift 50lbs, use computer with mouse and keyboard, sit or stand for long periods.
