Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC Manager to join our dynamic team. The PPC Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our pay-per-click campaigns to ensure they meet performance and revenue targets in line with our overall marketing strategy.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta Paid Marketing Campaigns (Must Have) & Google ads
Preferably experience in the Real Estate & E-Com
2 years of experience in Performance Marketing
Experience with data-driven campaigning strategies, including analyzing performance data, industry trends, and customer behavior
Ability to take ownership of paid campaigning activities for the assigned portfolio
Self-motivated and performance-oriented with the ability to work with minimal monitoring and supervision
Willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging start-up culture
Desire to grow within the role and organization

Roles & Responsibilities :

Daily optimization and testing of Meta & PPC campaigns across all channels, including SEO / SEM / SMM search, display, remarketing, and paid social

Media planning and budget distribution across various paid advertising channels

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Create and send weekly / bi-monthly reports with insightful commentary, providing an action plan for the upcoming weeks
