Senior Support Engineer

RESPONSIBLITES

• Should have 3-5 years experience in product support
• Technically knowledge on Linux, Docker, Cloud technology like AWS, Database like PGSQL.
• Preferred technical certification including Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCA strongly preferred
• Linux Scripting Knowledge (Bash, Perl, Python any combination)
• Handle trouble tickets dealing with hardware and configuration issues
• Able to review, understand, and troubleshoot software / hardware related issues
• Capable to work under pressure and deadlines
• Should be a quick learner
• Good Written and Verbal Communication skill
