We are looking for a dynamic telesales representative to support this exciting growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to both B2B and B2C prospects to promote Sthetix Global’s products, services, and new offerings.
• Understand client needs — from clinic owners to individual customers — and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team and convert direct inquiries from B2C customers.
• Maintain follow-up cycles to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Update CRM with customer details, call logs, and follow-up reminders.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Share product information, pricing, offers, and B2C service details effectively.
• Handle objections professionally and offer clear, confident solutions.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine pitch scripts for both B2B and B2C campaigns.
