Responsible for driving motor insurance sales, managing policy issuance & claims service, maintaining customer relationships, achieving targets, and ensuring smooth process flows across underwriting, document handling, and post-sales services.

Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, partner channels.
- Promote motor insurance policies / products to customers.
- Identify customer needs (vehicle type, usage, risk factors) and suggest appropriate coverages and add-ons.
Customer Service & Product Knowledge
Explain policy terms, features, exclusions and add-ons clearly.Maintain updated knowledge of all motor insurance products (TP, OD, comprehensive, etc.).Manage & nurture customer relationships; resolve queries and build trust.Policy Processing
Ensure all required documents are collected and verified.Coordinate with underwriting / URD / internal teams for policy issuance.Deliver policies to customers / branch executives.Claims Support
Support or guide customers through claim process : claim intimation, documentation, surveyor, repair, settlement.Liaise with repair shops, surveyors and internal teams to follow up.Target Planning & Reporting
Set and strive to meet daily, weekly, monthly sales / renewal / servicing targets.Track progress, prepare MIS reports (leads, conversion, follow-ups, policy renewals, claims resolved).Analyze gaps vs target, propose improvement actions.Compliance & Communication
Ensure all work is compliant with company policy and regulatory requirements.Regular communication with URD / underwriting / claims / operations teams.Send processing emails / status updates to relevant teams.Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline (insurance / business / commerce preferred)Prior experience in motor insurance sales, underwriting support or claims service is a plusStrong communication skills (verbal & written)Customer‐oriented mindset; ability to explain product details clearlyGood negotiation & persuasion skillsBasic computer skills : MS Office, CRM tools, email follow upsTime management & organizational skills : ability to manage multiple leads, deadlines
