Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Client Servicing Executive to help expand our client base and ensure top-notch service delivery. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting client requirements throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch documents

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Track project progress and resolve client queries

Support in contract negotiations and follow-up activities

Requirements :

1–5 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

Customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of event or media production industry
