What will you do :
Client Coordination and Servicing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients
- Understand client objectives and gather detailed project requirements
- Conduct regular client meetings, updates, and feedback sessions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management
Project Planning and Management
Lead project planning from kickoff to final deliveryDefine scope, timelines, and resource allocation for each projectMaintain project documentation including briefs, schedules, and feedback logsTrack progress and ensure timely delivery of milestonesInternal Team Coordination
Allocate tasks across departments including design, content, SEO, and paid mediaConduct daily planning and stand-up meetings to align team effortsMonitor task completion and proactively address delays or blockersFoster collaboration and accountability across teamsProblem Solving and Delivery Oversight
Identify and resolve internal conflicts or misalignmentsReview deliverables for quality and consistency before client submissionImplement process improvements to enhance team efficiencyEnsure all work meets client expectations and agency standardsRequirements
3 to 6 years of experience in client service management or project management within a digital marketing agencyStrong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, website development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with international clientsProven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teamsProficiency in project management tools.Willingness to work independently during US shift hoursExperience working with US-based clients or international accountsFamiliarity with performance marketing metrics and reporting toolSkills Required
