- Manage Complex Qlik Sense Engagement
- Lead Qlik Sense project and team of 10+ people for managing the delivery and able to manage team.
- Define and enforce governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for Qlik Sense development, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with Customer SOPC, IT Team , IT leadership, and Business Team teams to align Qlik Sense service.
- Able to manage SLA agreed with Customer.
- Oversee the administration of Qlik Sense Enterprise including server configuration, load balancing, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Manage upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Monitor usage, performance metrics, and system logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Serve as the escalation point for high-impact incidents and service interruptions.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with data engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure implementation of all compliances on Qlik server.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for support teams and business users.
- Manage vendor relationships and licensing for Qlik products and associated tools.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and able to manage stake holders.8-10 years of experience in managing Qlik Sense end to end Qlik Sense project.Location - Mumbai
