MS Navision Functional Consultant - ERP Implementation

Job description

Job Description :

  • Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.
  • Train users in new processes and Dynamics NAV functionality.
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
  • Manage individual budget and scope of work.
  • Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.

Education / Certifications and Experience :

  • 7+ years functional experience in implementing Microsoft Navision OR Business Central is required.
  • Experience with ISV products such as Charge Logic, Lanham E-Ship, Scribe Insight and Jet Reports a plus.
  • Functional knowledge of finance, distribution, and production granules; Other areas of functionality such as CRM, Projects, MRP and WMS is a plus.
  • Experience with core business processes such as Accounting, Distribution and Manufacturing.
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations.
  • Previous ERP implementation experience is required.
  • Knowledge of best practices, principles and procedures as related to small-to-mid-size business processes.
  • Ability to understand, communicate on all levels in an organization, interpret client business processes and requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.
  • Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without detailed supervision.
