Purpose of the job
Vendor Onboarding & Documentation - Facilitate end-to-end vendor onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Data Management - Ensure high standards of data integrity across vendor records and documentation
Process Improvement - Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current vendor management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SRM portal operations in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Team Lead.
- Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and profile setup across systems
- Maintain standardized legal templates and agreements aligned with company policies and compliance
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of supplier data and documentation.
- Drive process improvements for onboarding efficiency and user experience.
- Provide daily operational support and resolve vendor-related queries.
- Monitor and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines.
- Generate and share vendor reports to support governance and decision-making.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain performance records.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business administration / B.com / B.Tech / B.Sc or Supply Chain, or related field exp.1+ years of experience in operations, or vendor management.Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel.Analytical, with good attention to detail.Excellent communication (English Language), coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.Skills Required
