Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Lead

Job descriptionCollaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality customization delivery. Conduct unit testing before releasing deliverables to functional teams. Prepare and maintain project documentation including TDDs, extension notes, and integration specs. Configure BC finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Cost Accounting). Support UAT, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live activities. Follow complete SDLC using Azure DevOps; Utilize Microsoft ALM stack (LCS, BPM, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, O365). Identify and implement use-cases for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, CDS). Ensure adherence to coding standards, optimization guidelines, and MS best practices. 3–7 years of experience as a BC / D365 Finance Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation. Experience integrating BC with Power Platform and third-party systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
