Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products / services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs, customer data, and follow-up details.
- Build rapport and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth lead processing.
